CARP is Making Waves on CT River

The Connecticut Adaptive Rowing Program (CARP) enjoyed its most successful season. CARP Membership for the 2009 season doubled with 22 members rowing on Wednesday evenings and 10 additional members rowed on Monday evenings.

The CARP completed the season by entering four teams in the Head of the Riverfront Regatta on October 4, 2009. This is the 3rd year that events were offered in the adaptive classification.

The Teams were as follows:

  1. Bill Mancini/Mady Kenny
  2. Joe Kristan/Jim Clary
  3. Ed Kasprzak/Wendy Scutt
  4. Michelle Brusseau/Joan Karpuk
