This is a non partisan bill to amend the Public Health Service act to provide for human embryonic stem cell research. The House has passed this bill. The Senate version is currrently in the Committee for Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. The Senate will be addressing this bill supposedly in April. There are currently 40 Senatorial co-sponsors for this Bill.
