Attention: All CT Wheelchair Users and Advocates - YOUR VOICE COUNTS.
Please take and share this important Survey!

Could you help share this very important survey this weekend, as wheelchair user advocates prepare to meet with legislators and wheelchair repair industry representatives for the second time next Tuesday? The more the stories we collect before then the better!

Please copy this survey description and link to share with other wheelchair users in Connecticut!

Wheelchair consumer advocates are currently meeting with legislators and representatives of the wheelchair service industry to negotiate reforms that could improve the quality and timeliness of wheelchair repairs in Connecticut. Your stories of wheelchair repair experiences - positive or negative - can help the industry and legislators improve this vital service!

NOTE: If you have become aware of new wheelchair repair policies or practices that you believe will help or hinder any future repair requests, please describe this in your story as well! This survey has been developed by More Than Walking, a Connecticut non-profit represented in these reform discussions.

You may complete this survey multiple times to submit multiple stories. All stories will remain anonymous.
