DETAILS:The Connecticut Chapter of the National Spinal Cord Injury Association's Annual Spring Fling Band Fund Raiser at Murphy and Scarletti's will be held on April 1st 2010 ! Show starts @ 7pm. The band that will be performing is: Tricorder. The suggested donation(cover) is $5.00.... There will also be a 50/50 raffle as well .... there will be food while it lasts.. and drink specials...

WHAT:Human Library—Hands Against Hate Explores Diversity
WHEN:April 24 2010 - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
WHERE:Williams School in New London, CT
DETAILS:Hands Against Hate, a coalition of organizations committed to exploring issues of prejudice based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability and sexual orientation, is planning an event called “Human Library—Don’t judge a book by its cover! Hands Against Hate Explores Diversity.” The Human Library will take place on Saturday, April 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Williams School in New London.
