not only entitles you to the many resources and benefits we have to offer, but provides
the Chapter necessary funding, so that we can continue to offer our beneficial programs
to the Spinal Cord Injured community.
All members will receive the latest copy of the Resource Directory, which offers
a vast amount of information, including: health care providers and
facilities, councilors, adaptive technology, and more. This ongoing effort of the NSCIA CT Chapter
has over 200 pages of invaluable data and has taken years to compile.

As a member of the Chapter you will also receive our quarterly newsletter, the Conn-Cord.
It contains timely articles by some of CT's most prominent rehab professionals, news of
up coming Chapter events and other vital information on the Chapter's Services.

How To Become a Member
Currently there are 3 ways to become a member of the NSCIA CT Chapter:
- Call (203) 284-1045 and request a membership form be sent to you.
Fill out and return with a check or money order.
- Go to our Printable Membership Form
Print from the website (use your browser's "print" button) and return with a check or money order.
- Fill out our Online Membership Form and submit
You will receive a bill in a couple of weeks for the level of membership you have specified.
COMING SOON: We will be implementing a fully integrated online membership system, where you
can signup, renew and even make donations to the CT Chapter online using your credit card or PayPal account.
