Dear Friends,

David Morgana, NSCIA Chapter President

Hello, my name is David Morgana. I am the new President of The National Spinal Cord Injury Association-Connecticut Chapter.

I’d like to thank each of you who were able to attend our most recent event, the Annual Picnic at Gaylord Hospital, where you were all able to vote for the chapter’s board members and executive officers. I am humbled and honored to have been elected to be your new President. I will do my very best to carry out my responsibilities to the Chapter and to our members.

The Chapter has had great success in our recent fundraising events and we have grown our outreach to new members, but the work of the chapter still goes on. I call upon our members, both new and old, to become more involved in any way you can, come to chapter events, be a peer mentor, volunteer for an event committee or even become a board member. For more information on these opportunities, please check our event listing on this website.

I look forward to the challenges ahead and with everyone’s help I know this organization will have continued success for years to come.

Thank you

David P. Morgana Jr.
President, NSCIA Connecticut Chapter
